Limited vintage which is made each year with wild apples from INVERNESS. Fermentation begins in September and undergoes the temperature variations at the end of summer. Hot days and cool nights, the cider therefore evolves more quickly. The complexity of the flavors is no less intense than its orange color. The acidity of plums, the bitterness of wild apples and the complexity of pears bring extraordinary tastes. The bubble is delicate and the cider can be drunk like water. Who is feeling lucky?
